Tips to keep your skin white and bright


Keep your skin white and bright - In addition to using natural things as face whitening cream article that I have been posted before, do the following tips in order to obtain maximum results of whiten your face skin.



1. Always clean your face
The key to have  a bright skin is routine maintenance and keeping your face clean. Dead skin cells that accumulate on the face can cause your skin look dull. Perform deep face cleaning 2-3 times a week to remove dead skin cells.

2. Use a moisturizer
Do not forget to use facial moisturizer, because it can help to keep your skin moist and healthy to prevent the formation of dead skin cell pile. In addition, regular use of facial moisturizer can also inhibit signs of skin aging.

3. Avoid sunlight exposure
Exposure to direct sunlight can harm the skin. Ultraviolet can trigger the formation of melanin which is the main cause of dark skin. Sunlight in the noon can also cause serious skin problems such as cancer. Always use sunscreen or sunblock when you do outdoor activities.

4. Drink sufficient water
You need to know that water is one factor that able to care your face skin. Diligently drinking 8 glasses of water a day can help remove toxins from the body and make your skin look more healthy and fresh.

5. Get enough rest
Your body needs at least 7 - 8 hours a day to rest and restore its function to its full potential. Avoid too late sleep or staying up late because it can disrupt the system in the body that result in dull skin.

6. Avoid Stress
Stress is one of the factors that causing dull skin. If you are a busy people then you should maintain yourself to get enough refreshing and re-circulate your blood circulation. A good blood circulation can make skin look brighter.

7. Exercise regularly
Routine physical activity, especially exercise can help the circulation of oxygen throughout the body, especially on the skin. Do mild exercise such as jogging or walking in the morning for 15 minutes a day or at least 3 times a week.

8. Avoid using face bleach from chemicals content
Bleaching or exfoliation is effective to rapidly brighten the face, but ammonia and other chemicals contained can damage the skin and cause cancer. Not only that, the use of excessive bleaching will actually make the skin becomes darker than before.
